Vice President, Employer Services
Patti Kneiser serves as Vice President, Employer Services for Froedtert Health, a regional health system with multiple locations in Washington County. In this role, Kneiser is responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership for Froedtert Health’s employer services, including occupational medicine and health and wellness programs offered through Workforce Health. This includes representing the health system with employers and business groups interested in employee health, productivity and cost management strategies. Kneiser has served in numerous roles for Froedtert Health since 1993 and has a strong clinical background, extensive experience in strategy, operations and program development and a passion for customer service.
Kneiser holds a Master of Hospital and Health Care Administration degree from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology from the University of North Dakota. She has been active in a number of professional associations and community boards, and is an avid tennis player and sports enthusiast.
