Tscheschlok is a Certified Economic Developer with over 20 years of urban and rural economic development and redevelopment project experience, resulting in a combined $214.8 million in new private economic growth and over 1,550 new jobs. Tscheschlok also has 10 years of direct risk analysis experience as part of managing various revolving loan funds. His diverse background includes national and international expertise in economic development leadership, business recruitment and expansion, brownfield redevelopment, entrepreneur consultation, community development, financial packaging, incentive negotiation, project management, workforce development, public relations, lobbying and education. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Western Illinois University. Tscheschlok currently serves as Past-President of the Wisconsin Economic Development Association Board.

As Business Services Director, Gabelmann leads organizational expansion into new areas of specialized, high-impact solutions for growth-oriented businesses large and small in Washington County.  Gabelmann is focused on providing new product and service options to customers including operationalizing tailored solutions to fit unique client companies.  Recognizing that the increasingly competitive front in growing jobs will be won via a strong area talent pool, Gabelmann also leads the new Workforce initiative which connects employer–driven requirements for talent with resources and solutions that fuel growing businesses.  Gabelmann has over 25 years of experience in senior level corporate and non-profit settings, and has served as and proven success in generating business-to-business solutions on both a regional and global scale.   Prior to joining EDWC, Gabelmann served as chief operating officer for a global membership association, division president for a Fortune 500 company, and in other roles.

Reinbold serves as a conduit between Washington County businesses and the data, networks and financing needed to support their growth.  Her background in real estate and as a small business owner in Washington County give her a unique perspective on how to best meet the needs of business.  She also coordinates marketing content for internal and external communications. Reinbold holds a Bachelor of Arts with an emphasis in Graphic Design from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater, and is a member of the Hartford Union High School school board.

He is a CPA who has served as a business adviser with a Big 8 accounting firm; he has also served as CFO and COO for publicly and privately held companies ranging from small, technology driven start-ups to global companies with market caps from $1 million to $5 billion. Thomey has credentials in: M-7 Debt Venture Advisory Board & Selection Board, McKinsey-trained strategic implementer, Ashridge University (England) Strategic Management Program, Center of Creative Leadership:Global Leadership Program, WMEP: Lean Manufacturing, Entrepreneur Coach and Mentor through BizStarts Milwaukee. He currently serves as the Treasurer of Economic Development Washington County, chairs the Revolving Loan Fund Committee, and sits on the Executive Committee.
